At HYLETE, we are committed to your performance and satisfaction. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print it directly from your browser or email confirmation.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
